1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Mr. Weedzy website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.
Acceptance of Terms:
- These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mr. Weedzy LLC
- By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice
- Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
Service Description:
Mr. Weedzy is an e-commerce platform specializing in federally legal hemp-derived cannabis products including:
- Hemp-derived THCP gummies and edibles (containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC)
- CBD products and wellness supplements
- Hemp flower and pre-rolls
- Vaping products and accessories
- Educational resources and content
2. Age Requirements & Verification
21+ Only - Federal Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase, possess, or use cannabis products. This is a federal requirement that we strictly enforce.
Age Verification Process:
- Initial Verification: Required during account creation and first purchase
- ID Verification: Government-issued photo ID must be provided and verified
- Delivery Verification: Adult signature required at delivery with ID check
- Re-verification: May be required periodically or for security purposes
Accepted Forms of ID:

Consequences of False Information:

- Special offers and promotions may have specific terms and conditions
- We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities
Account Creation:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- One account per person - multiple accounts are not permitted
Account Security:
- Use a strong, unique password for your account
- Do not share your account credentials with others
- Log out of your account when using shared or public computers
- Enable two-factor authentication when available
Account Maintenance:
- Keep your contact information current for order updates and legal notices
- Update your payment information as needed
- Maintain valid age verification documents

Account Suspension/Termination:
